Sharing the GTA - LIF

I am hoping, that like CANBIF, this thread can be left in the Canada threads rather than being moved to the BIF - LIF threads where it will likely get lost.

One of my favourite ways to waste time is to peruse the BIF and LIF threads on this site. I figured, why not start a contest LIF myself.

The winner of my LIF will receive a 6-bottle shipper with beers local to the GTA. I'll try to slip in a limited bottling or two to make it interesting and focus primarily on brewery only releases so those of you located in other parts of Ontario not close to the city may find something interesting in the box too.

The only requirement for participation is a Canadian mailing address. If you live in the GTA, you can participate, but you may be underwhelmed by a box of beer you can pretty easily get yourself.

How do you win the box? Simple. I've never caught a foul ball at an MLB game. Once, however, during the early 1990s, a foul ball went off my right hand and was picked up by a friend of mine. The player who hit that ball hit somewhere between 1 and 100 home runs during his MLB career. To win the box, you need to tell me this player's career home run total.

The person who either guesses that number, or guesses the number closest to it without going over the actual number will win the box. One guess per person. Your guesses must be posted in this thread by the end of the day, Thursday, August 20th, to be counted.

Glad to see so many guesses already! A quick search of the cellar has yielded the first bottle to anchor the box: a limited bottling barrel aged beer from Bellwoods released earlier this year. We are at 18 guesses now. If I get 30 guesses from 30 different BAs by the end of the LIF, I'll add another limited bottling barrel aged beer from Bellwoods to really anchor the box securely.
