Nope. But Greenport Harbor's tasting room is close. Legends ain't a terrible choice if getting there via North Fork.
I just read that Shelter Island Craft Brewery (highly original name) recently opened. Anyone been? @Gmann - i see the only review for the only listed beer was posted by you - what are your thoughts (on the place / beers in general)?
It is a small place sharing a building with Maria's. Its on 114 in the main part of town. Definitely small operation, you can see the 5 gallon fermenters in the back. The beers are quite unique as they use a lot of Shelter Island ingredients, including hops. The brewer uses a lot of herbs in the brews. Definitely worth a stop. They do sell out of beers fairly quick. As for other bars on the island, Sunset is the place to go to people watch. I had some Lagunitas IPA's when I was there last. Salt on the south side has a decent selection. The Blue Canoe and Biere in Greenport are good spots to go to as well.
