I will be staying in Sherbroke, QC, on my way to St. John, NB. Looking for any bottle shop or brewery recommendations along my route or near that area. Cheers all!
I haven’t been in almost thirty years, but if you want to experience a little history. the Golden Lion in Lennoxville is one of the oldest brew pubs around. I think it opened in the mid-80s. The beer was fine for a 17 year old with a fake ID. I’m sure it is passable now.
No, not really. I've been to Siboire a couple of times and found it to be better than average. Better yet, Brasserie Dunham is about an hour outside Sherbrooke. It might be better to stop on the way in to town - it's about twenty minutes off the 10. Edit to add: just realizing I'm about a month late replying (a recurring theme in my life).
