5 bombers I'd put at 15 pounds, give or take, and if packaged in a normal sized box I'd say $15 or so ought to be in the ballpark

Really? I just paid $15.70 for a 7.6lb box to SC from Chicago

Box size makes a big difference, as does how you send it (FedEx with an account is the cheapest). I just sent a full 6 bottle styro shipper from TX to SC for $16

You can get a ballpark quote on FedEx's website:

    https://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home

Package size/dimensions affect rates as well as rates, but for 5 bombers, I couldn't imagine your cost would exceed $20.

That should say Package size/dimensions affect rates as well as weight

Brain is in the off position today.

You have to get a Fedex account if you don't want to take dry on shipping.

Especially if you go to a Postnet/Mail box etc type place...it makes a huge difference. It can be a 30-40% savings.
