I wonder if anyone tries to ship growlers overseas before? What is the best way to pack the growler and how to declare it to the custom?

would not suggest it as the time it takes to get there and a bigger possibility of breaking or leaking.
sounds like olive oil to me though

Thanks. I know it's super risky but hope somebody tried it before and share some insight. Apparently, no one.:slight_frown:

Plastic PTE bottles are the better go I think. Just wrap in shrink wrap and pack well

I avoid messing with growlers even in the US. I doubt I'd want to deal with shipping one internationally.

Yeah growlers are rough enough shipping in the US, I'd never do it overseas...

Thanks all for the input. Seems like it's a bad idea to ship growler overseas. I should cancel my plan.

I dunno. If you do a good job terraforming a six-pak styro shipper to fit a growler, it might be worth a shot.

Man, when I was first reading this I got so confused. I was imagining someone packing a box with sod. The next trend in shipping?
