I'll be trading for a couple of HF 750ml..
First time I'm getting growlers..normally I'm good with regular ground shipping.
I'm worried about carbonation on the growlers .. are they going to be flat when they arrive? Should I arrange expedited shipping?

It all depends on how they filled the growlers

I got a week old Double Citra a while back in a trade and it was fantastic. Carbonation was just fine.

I've had quite a few HF growlers shipped to me and carbonation has never been an issue.

I have hf growlers in the fridge almost constantly. I've kept them for a month without issue.

Typically when I ship growlers to California I use the USPS two day flat rate box. I can fit two 1 liter growlers in a box but can only fit one of those damn 750ml's! I am sure it will be fine by ground, but it takes a full week and I just don't like to chance it.

What box are you using? I've probably shipped over 20 usps large boxes coast to coast and can fit 2 HF 750's with room for a couple cans as extras.

I use the large too. I guess I could do two diagonally but not real comfortable with the fit. If you haven't had issues then I will give it a shot. I have never had a problem with those boxes before so am game.
