I have traded a few times with a partner from belgium. Mainly cantillon lambics that are not easy to replace. My question is how worried should i be about a package getting to cold whilst in transit. Anyone ever dealt with off tastes from beer being frozen? Am I overthinking this?

Well, if beer in glass bottles actually freezes, off-flavors are gonna be the least if your worries, even though I don't think these are likely to occur.

I'd be a lot more worried about those bottles actually bursting, which is why I won't ship Lambic into sub-zero temperatures.

This is your answer right here. Why take the chance? Wait until Spring.
