    I use the pulp shippers all the time. Much prefer them because they don't squeak. Never had an issue.

    @jamvt and they are cheaper than the styro foam shippers as well right ? do you package the beer before putting inside the pulp shippers ?
    Thanks Bud

    @Fatalsin
    In regards to the shippers you referenced above, both will work.
    The styros-
    (1) These are nice, especially if you have RTP's (regular trade partners), where you can send the same box back and forth. Would apply with the pulpers as well.
    (2) IMO the styros give you more *flexibility* on sending different size bottles along with cans. They also *contain* the bottle(s) or cans better, as they offer *protection* the full length.
    (3) As far as packing cans, bottles in the styros- I wrap each can/ bottle in a zip lock bag. Then I'll wrap the bagged beer in newspaper. Next I use bubble wrap (thin or thick) and wrap the beer. How much wrap used depends on making sure the beer fits nice and snug in the slot (no movement up/ down & side to side). Foam packing or another material for padding can be used as a substitute in you don't have bubble wrap. Less movement cuts down on noise and is a safeguard to prevent bottle breakage. Same concept for the pulpers, except that you would want to fill the empty space around the bottles with packing materials.

    I've used both, so really its a personal preference.

    Cheers!
