New to the area from Asheville Brewing Company. Grabbed a sixer a few days ago, and I have to say it is a very interesting tasting IPA. I was expecting something completely different to be honest, maybe it's the Columbus Hops. Still working on the 6, but the more I drink it the better I like it, after one can I would have said pass. Definitely a little quirky, and it took me 2 days to figure out that twist to this brew.... it finishes up like a G Knight even though one is a straw colored IPA at 6% and the other is a big red at 8.5+, completely polar opposites in preparation very similar on the back end. Well worth a shot.

A couple years ago a friend of mine that was visiting Asheville brought me back a bomber of Shiva. I agree that it is very different than I expected but I did enjoy it. It was a nice change of pace from your typical IPAs.

There's some wheat in Shiva's grain bill that provides a distinctive bite. Pretty tasty stuff.
