Just recently received a kegerator from my wife and wanted your guy's advice on where do you purchase your kegs. I only know of Ramirez Liquor and Whittier Liquor Mart.

Any local breweries like Green Cheek, Beachwood, Radiant etc sell kegs to the public?

I know Beachwood has in the past but I think that may have been a COVID-only thing.
Windsor usually has a small handful of 5G kegs from various local breweries.
The only place I've known that has a wide assortment is Mr Kegs in Huntington Beach. I've never really looked deeply at what they have on offer but they have harder to find things from what little I've gleaned.

I’m sure Beachwood still does. They did sell before the pandemic hit. You can find their kegs at Windsor in Costa Mesa and I’m sure they have kegs at their Anaheim location. I wish Green Cheek has kegs for the public but I think they are in high demand at pubs/restaurants. So I would say no on GC. I know Casa Agria had kegs for sale online for shipping during the pandemic. You might want to call some of the breweries to see if they sell and ship? I have bought from Windsor, Beachwood HB, Beachwood SB and Mr Kegs before. Deposit for the keg is usually $100 at the brewery and $25 at most stores. Flashback to 12+ years ago when I’d come home with a 15gal keg of Sculpin bought from Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach. Oh to be back in the day again. Not. Good luck and happy kegging.

O’Sheas … one of the OG shops that sold craft kegs when it was still referred to as microbrews.

HiTime usually has kegs, but I agree with @AlexM above that O’Shea is a better option.
