I got a good deal on the Goose Island sister series ($9 a bottle...) so I bought 2 of each. The problem is, I don't have room for storage right now, so I've temporarily placed them under the bed, on their side. How long can I keep them like this before a yeast ring forms? I'm only planning on storing them like this for 2-3 weeks and I've been rotating them. Could they go longer though? I know this isn't ideal but don't have a lot of options for the moment.

Can you put them in a box upright in the closet somewhere? Just wondering if moving them around so much with rotating will make it harder to get the yeast to sediment at the bottom and compact when the time to drink them comes.

Personally, I think you'll be fine. Don't worry about it.
Storing upright is best, but on the side won't hurt it.
