Short's Variety Pack (Version 7.0)

You all weren't kidding about the Stellar Ale. Amazing stuff and quite possibly my favorite Short's offering to date.

B&B on 22 and Hayes had both over the weekend. Cup of Joe was $13.99, but can't remember what the variety pack price was.
If you don't mind fighting the shopping crowd, Bed Bath and Beyond on M-59 by the M-53 interchange always gets the Shorts variety packs and usually sells them for 16.99. Yes, you read that righ, Bed Bath and Beyond. They have a few hidden gems for decent prices in there. Can't use a 20% of though.

Imagine my shock walking into BB&B one day with the wife and seeing stacks of the Shorts variety pack staring at me. It is only at BB&B that has the World of Foods in them. Decent selection with a lot of the base craft beers and seasonals. No specialty releases. Other bummer is because not many people go there for beer, there is a lot of old stuff. Prices are nice though. Sixers of Lagunitas Censored for 5.99. Breakfast Stout for 9.99.

 

Hiller's had it but only a few packs, same with Busches.

 

Went to 4 more store this week and I am striking out. I haven't even seen the new pack anywhere. Guess I will check Busches tomorrow. Thanks.

 

The Costco in GR has carried the last few variety packs ($15.99 I think), so those not having luck might want to check there.

No man, not unless they decide to throw it in a variety pack (doubtful). Luckily, I still have half my case from 2014 to last me. Plus, Wood Master is a worthy replacement.

 

Found the variety packs at 2 stores today... Along with Aphasia..... And space rock...... And Founders Imperial Stout..... AND Mercury!!!!! It really is Christmas!!! Now only to pick up a bottle of mascato to smooth out the Wife.

I had no idea Aphasia and Space Rock we're hitting this week.

 

Aphasia is absolutely amazing IMO!

 

Just had my first Aphasia and holy shit is it good!! IMO a step above arrogant and lukcy bastard. Stashing a few away.... I have a feeling this one is going to age VERY well

 

We should have it back in stock tomorrow at The Wine Seller in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

 

Stellar ale is the best non-adjunct IPA Short's has put out IMO, however, I think Dr. Zeus may be the best hoppy offering I've ever had from Short's. That beer knocked my socks off!!!

 

Finally picked one up last week. Only have had he Dr. Zeus so far, and it was excellent. Thanks for the person who gave me the Busch's tip.
