I add about 2# of mango and one cup of sugar to a 4 gallon batch of hefeweizen after a week of fermentation. I was wondering if it should start bubbling again. It has been two days no bubbling but about 1 1/2 inch krausen.

If the krausen is new, you're fine. Bubbling from an airlock is not a reliable indicator of fermentation activity. Too many things can affect it. I'd say you can relax, and would be willing to bet that if all you did was add fruit, you're fine.
