Should I age Michigan Maple Jesus?

    Hey guys, is Michigan Maple Jesus a decent candidate for cellaring or would it be better fresh? I am worried that the maple might fall off.

    I would highly recommend against aging this beer. I've heard, and experienced, a big change in this beer from when it was fresh. It seems to me the maple is causing it to referment in the bottle and it's killing the maple flavor and drying the hell out of the beer. The last bottle I had was nowhere near as good as the first 2-3 I had.
