On a recent trip to Seattle I came across 10 barrel brewing co. "16 barrels." It says it's a double golden ale aged in pinot noir barrels. It's 10%, which should hold up with time, but I'm curious if this is a style that people would recommend cellaring, or not. I'm also aware that a lot of people think it is a crime not to drink a beer fresh, but since I only have one bottle and tend to like most stouts & Barleywines with age on them, I'd like to get the most out of it. Thanks for your feedback!
