I have an Oaked Arrogant Bastard (already drank the other ones) and i was wondering if I could cellar the last one, but I've never tried cellaring anything before, I don't really have a cellar, but i have a nice, cool and relatively dark spot in my basement where I've been keeping it for the last few months. The question I'm really asking, is Oaked Arrogant Bastard a good beer to cellar, or will it go bad after a few months?

It won't go bad but it probably won't improve. The good one to cellar is Double Bastard.

I'm the guy that actually prefers AB and Oaked AB at 2-3 years old, and enjoys DB fresh. "But what about all those great hops when those beers are fresh?" you ask. I choose Ruination, IPA, and Enjoy By for that purpose.

I put a few in the cellar in 2011, and about 6 months ago i thought it was doing really well...just had one a few weeks ago and it's definitely dropping off.
