I recently acquired an oude tart with cherries from a trade, and am wondering if I should cellar it in my keezer or not. I do not plan to drink it any time soon but am concerned about losing the fruit flavor. From what I have read fruit beers tend to lose their fruit flavors if cellared long. Would those flavors stick around well if I cellar it in my keezer?

I have cellared normal Oude Tart for anywhere from a year to three years (if memory serves correct). I don't recall any huge variances between those are fresh apart from more pucker. If you're concerned about losing fruit flavor, you already know the answer to your question...I like Tart of Darkness with some age on it.
