Ive been wanting to put together a walk in cooler shed for a while to keep fermenting beer and ultimately sour full size solera barrels in but would love some ideas. I don't have a huge budget so any creative options to save cash but still have a nice final product would be great. I live in Houston as well if anyone knows a good resource to pick up a shed on the cheap. Hey thanks for reminding me on that one. I hadn't looked at that thread for a while. Im hoping to not have to build a shed but we will see, also hoping to be a bit lower than this guys budget, killer setup though!... I cannot believe the amount of Jester King that guy has haha.
