One of these days in the not too distant future, you will look at this as one of those poor life decisions.

Oh jeeze. Smooth looks absolutely amazing and I'm sure it is going to be one of those midweek releases. You lucky ducks!!! I'll have to try and plan a trip down when the cellar has it available.

Cory has mentioned this on several occasions via social media. I would assume this sees a Saturday release announced a few days in advance. Keep in mind that my success rate in guessing these types of things is only ~50%.

While I agree with the chance of guessing correctly I support your theory that this will be a Saturday release. It has been talked about so much I would be suprised if this was a 5 hour warning mid week drop. I would expect saturday with several days noticed. The only question now is are the bottle conditionned yet or are we still a couple months out.

It would make me absolutely happy and I'd have to try and make the trip down! It sounds amazing. I'm curious what the nectarines would do to those really sour styles all the 375's fruits seem to be, at least to me.

I agree with your assessment fwiw. I thought it was too sweet and not worth $50. Glad to have tried it, but won't be purchasing again.

I was at SP tonight, there's about 25 cases of Biere du Pays #3 available to go (limit 2 per person). She said there was no chance of seeing Bretta Sang as it's all gone. They did have it for on property consumption though.

Yea the only ones they usually sell to go at the cellar are the ones that had high limits at initial release (du Ble, Grisette, etc) They keep their availability up to date on the website

Yes they do. The point was that there are about 25 cases left and that Bretta Sang was not going to show up in a few weeks.

Apparently Derivation #5 is bottled, but it's still going to be awhile.
