Black and Wild Batch 2 hit today. (unannounced release with Maman)

 

any idea of bottle count for B&W?

 

No clue but I know more bottles will be available for on site consumption at the cellar at some point

 

Could someone share the allocation/cost of maman please?

 

1 per person, $25. No going through line twice

 

Was it sold at Perennial or at the Celler with SduBle?

1/person at $30/bottle. BW 2 sold out before Maman. A buddy of mine stopped by Perennial at 6 and there was ~3 cases of Maman left BW was sold out by then.

 

Don't think everyone got B&W, my buddy got there at 4pm, Cory came out told people at the end of the line that they likely wouldn't get any. Think that's why they did a silent release since there was so few bottles.

 

I don't think that is true. I got there at 5 and I along with everyone behind me got one. From what I could see there were about 4-5 cases sitting on the floor not counting what was on the table.

 

Cory stated that there will be a healthy amount of B&W for on-site consumption at SP Cellar. Probably will be released randomly on weekdays. Will be a pricy bottle ($40-$50 for on-site).

Was excited to get the B&W at the Maman release...got to love secret releases!

 

Even thouhg I missed out on B&W I love that this brewery does this. Makes it alot more fun and keeps it less serious IMO.

 

Hi all -

So I'll be driving through St. Louis this coming weekend and would like to visit Side Project and taste some of their beers. Never had any before but sounds like they do some incredible stuff. Anyway, looks like their tasting room will be open and they may have bottles for on site consumption (and a small number you can take away).

Anything else I should know? Anything I should be sure to try?

 

They currently have B&W on cellar for $40... i would definitely try that as well as the Fencerow if they are both still there.

 

Any recommendations for hotels when visiting side project? We're driving through and primary purpose is to visit SP, so close anything isn't necessary for us.

Also, is SP cellar dog friendly?

The closest is probably the hotel on Hanley Road next to the Houlihans. Not sure on the name of it.

SP Cellar doesn't have a porch and I'm not sure whether they'd be ok with your pup coming inside. Might want to call or tweet them
