I doubt it sells out today, lots left at the brewery by the time the line died down

I’m at the taproom right now. With a solid tap list and as usual unreal onsite bottle selection, how are there TEN people here on a Saturday night!? No tv’s, so no NFL, but I’m still shocked. There’s 25+ cases of Pinot left that are visible from the bar.

Because SP is expensive and there were two local beer festivals today

Is BBT an every year release or one time only?

2017 was the first bottled release (it was on draft once before I believe), but according to the SP blog they plan to release it every year moving forward.

The one thing I will add to this is that obviously as SP grows, one would expect the # of bottles produced to grow. However, now that people *know* that SP will sell tickets to buy BBT over Black Friday weekend, I would expect it to be more difficult to acquire tickets in the future. It's on the calendar, just like BC.

Not trying to cause hype, just thinking about this logically. If anyone thinks differently, I certainly would welcome and encourage feedback.

only thing I'd add is that it will be thanksgiving weekend and people travel and have family obligations and what not. also SP is so beyond fair with their on-site offerings it's not even funny. I would think that coupled with increased production would make it easier for people who can't make the release to get a bottle in a trade.

I'm thinking it would have sold out last weekend but the brewery was closed Sunday for their holiday party.

Very curious on allotments because this has to be the first fruited fermier brewed post “upscaling” and also the first one in years with this much of a notice.

It is possible that Kriek, Cassis, or Quetzalcoatl was brewed post upscale.
