There is a pretty good amount, but maybe not enough to last another day. A couple friends of mine are in line for their 3rd bottle right now.

I understand that there might be enough for people to go through multiple times, but not enough to increase the allotment from 1 to 2 bottles (or 2 bottles to 4, or whatever the case might be).

But I've never understood allowing people to go through the line multiple times.

I always figured they let people go through multiple times when there is a good amount, but not quite enough to up the allocation. Most folks today went through once then headed out it seemed. Personally, I rarely go through line more then once these days. When releases were sporadic I'd go through a second time, but now they are seemingly every other weekend and I don't have the time or money haha

It took like 2 hours to get thru the line today. I considered going thru again, but figured it’d be another hour, and I’d already eaten up a good chunk of the day. Not sure why it was so much slower than normal today...

Anybody else feel its really obnoxious when non employees park in the brewery lot on release days? It would be nice to have that added space for the line and people bottle sharing, then when they decide to leave while there is a huge crowd of people in the lot it causes quite a headache. I've seen people actually get pissy that there is a crowd of folks in the way, inconveniencing them while they are trying to get their car out. Too many people have that "my world, everybody else is just living in it mentality." Douchebags. If you are there that early get one of the prime street spots right across from the brewery.

Isn't sharing officially forbidden, even if people do it? Thought I read that several months back.

It’s allowed in the brewery property, aka not the sidewalk.

    Ah.

For clarity, I agree people should be more respectful, but at the same time I'm not sure why SP does not just make it policy.

I'm sure if you got there early enough, you'd park in the lot too. :stuck_out_tongue: Didn't go to this release, but IMO the good parking on Sundays is across the street from the Brewery.

I've been there plenty early on several occasions actually, and parked in front of Dobbs or in the lot down the street when brewery spots were open. Not a fan of being "that guy" whether it's parking on the lot, being shitfaced causing a scene, or crying about allocations/getting shut out

If I can ask a general question (Keep in mind that I know very little about Side Project's Production - so these are questions intended to alleviate ignorance):

Why is so little made of some of these sours? With many of these fruited sours being in such high demand, is it due to:
    (1) Small space available
    (2) Not as popular as others
    (3) Fruit is too difficult to obtain in quantities larger than what they have been obtained to make these batches
    (4) Too many different beers being constantly made, so only so much of any one can be made
    (5) Others?

The obvious answer is "A combination." Outside of that, just curious. Many more multiples of Fencerow was made compared to Bluet, and far more bluet than KDF, it seems, which is part of what is fueling such a question.

    Thanks in advance.

Ah yes, parking in a parking lot. Truly a douchebag move. Oh, do the people standing in line have to shift to the side?!

But seriously if the brewery is keeping the parking lot open you have only one set of people to blame and it’s not the drivers.

I've never once considered parking in that lot on a release date. Backing up and turning around with all those people seems like a nightmare.
