Every La Coterie member did not get an email. I assume it's just people they think may be selling, but that was in the rules, so fuck em.

They only sent it to people who picked it up before 8 pm Tuesday, because that’s when the bottles went up.

Of course allegedly since top secret societe and what not.

Sounds like the person made it pretty easy for Cory to figure out who did it. Rule #1 of this supper exclusive club for friends and family; no selling bottles. The very first release for the new club and someone razzles a bottle instantly, before other members have even had a chance to pick theirs up.

Are the line shares generally chill? Cops like to patrol the Other Half line share and give tickets.

    Where’s the good bbq?

If you are in the parking lot, then you are fine. They will have picnic tables set up in the middle or you can just walk the line and plenty of people will be sharing.

For BBQ, you have to get to Pappy's at least once. Fair warning, it's typically a madhouse, particularly on the weekends. If you have time, Bogart's is the other spot to check out and then you can form your own opinion as those are the two most prominent places. For a sit-down spot with a great beer selection, The Shaved Duck is another place that is outstanding. If you are able to hit all three in one weekend, then you hit the jackpot, my friend. I'm sure there are others that I'm missing and others can chime in, but those are my top three in the area.

This doesn't apply at Side Project, b/c they're in Maplewood. But in the city of St. Louis, we don't really have "laws" or "law enforcement" short of murder, maybe a few other major crimes.

    Feel free to drink wherever.

    Thanks!

Really looking forward to my trip and a visit to SP. Perhaps more was bottled this time around since there was a second Instagram post about the release. Probably just wishful thinking on my part.... cheers.

There’s most likely going to be a shit ton of bottles. Most SP over the past year has been plentiful.

Wonder if they are doing weekday releases this week too? And yeah, I bet they made a TON since they’re giving this much notice for such a popular bottle.

Any chance they would sell me a single bottle of Fuzzy on Friday? I'm in STL for work and I'm flying back to Dallas late Friday night.

I’m guessing 0% unless they do a quiet release Friday at the cellar

On a few prior occasions they've begun sales early at the Cellar the week of larger releases. Usually doesn't get announced though - I think they did this for Fencerow?

I'll be in town for the SEC tournament, unfortunately with a large group of guys who will be drinking Bud Light pretty exclusively. Is the line typically extensive for SP releases?

Sharing starts whenever the first person cracks open a beer.

Just wasn’t sure how early that normally was, especially considering it sounds like they have plenty of bottles so probably not important to be there by noon for many.

I was thinking around 9 myself
