I never got to try B3 or 4 but I think I'm in the minority in thinking that the 10 year was a little too sweet. Might just be me since I often feel that way about brandy barrels

 

TWCP Continuance is an SP Mount Rushmore beer for me. The perfect amount of vanilla and barrel.

I do think b3 was slept on a lot for whatever reason. I remember it was big, chewy, sort of boozy raisins. Glad I ended up with a few bottles of that blend. Still haven't opened a bottle of b4.

 

I was really impressed with b4, and the main reason I’m so excited about b5

has anyone tried the new soleil yet?

 

I was fortunate they had b3 onsite when I visited April 2023; I thought it was pretty GD tasty but I have nothing to compare it to....but I'd drink it again.

 

it’s honestly fruitless to compare the continuance series. they’re all so vastly different. don’t tell @KevSal and @rmpic82 that

Certainly has to be favored for availability at this point.

 

let us hope they’re all gone. as though IS / BW blends age they become all BW.

 

I had my last bbt rye 22, and it’s drinking damn near perfect right now!

 

Stopped by the patio for a couple pours on draft and split a bottle of DB Reverberant with @leroybrown10 that was delicious!

 

Stopped back by today. Was shocked at how packed the brewery was at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. Not an open seat in the whole place. Moved over to the patio and had a few pours and a D18 with @leroybrown10 & @OakvilleKGB . Perfect little Sunday afternoon stop.

 

If someone wanted to send me a bottle of all the different batches I would be happy to drink them and confirm this belief.....for science...I'll get no personal pleasure out of it.

 

Batch 5 been sitting in the shop all day if you still wanna get some tasting notes for science

 

Without a bottle of all the previous batches, it's a pointless experiment.

 

I wanted to buy a second Continuance… but I keep seeing $100 for 2 bottles and convincing myself that’s too much. Love the sours/saisons … but not at $40.

 

Yeah - I passed on a second bottle as well.

 

Their current to-go inventory is 6 of these types (when looking at cost per oz.) and another within $5.
