It's a bit of a joke that @Heisenbrew is actually Cory King. I don't remember how it started, but he seems to be a bit of a seer; he posts, it comes true. This took on a new life of its' own after CK posted on BA a year or 2 or 3 ago and specifically called out @Heisenbrew for making a complaint on BA but not telling him to his face.

 

Derp.... CK thing went right over my head. I remember that incident. Lol

Hopefully they pass out flyers at the Xul tap takeover so people know to come.

 

Wonder if they’re going to do a box set and release a handful to LC like the brewery set??

 

I heard they will be giving out coupons for a “free first pour” during cellar anniversary week to every person that buys a pour of RBBT24 tomorrow at Xül.

 

Fuuuuck. That makes me wanna take a little drive up to St. Louis.

 

Cracks me up to see more cellared bottles of the 10 year stuff to go. The artificial scarcity that SP can create is pretty impressive sometimes.

 

The amount of to go bottles and how that will funnel through the cellar sounds like a nightmare. But props to them for releasing a bunch of stuff to go.

 

It's likely for the best that I'll *probably* be halfway across the country during the week of Cellar anniversary. Just reading the blog post is giving me PTSD from being at last year's Brewery anniversary events.

(on a semi-related note...given the complete lack of news about it, I'm guessing that this year's Brewery anniversary will be a comparatively sedate affair)

 

I said up and down that i was not going to go - and now i'm like...maybe i should just go....

Sometimes I wish I had kids, or overextended on a mortgage so I was just more inherently limited and could just talk myself into being responsible.
