Woah woah woah woah woah lets back up a bit. I made that as a sarcastic comment/light hearted joke about how people are always claiming things taste infected these days. Also to keep all the Chicago people away. (jk Chicago peeps) Don't group me or use my comment as an association with the those saying anything is infected now. At the time I said that the beer hadn't even been released or tasted by the general public.

No prob man...didn't mean anything by it. I'm with you. Notice I didn't editorialize.

What's crazy is that people actually are claiming that it was infected. It's gotten out of hand. So I thought I'd put that link out there.

Perfect example of hoarding gone wrong. He released the beer at the time he thought it was best drinkable and people are still aiming for whales or bulk two months later because of a small batch bottle limit.

    AIM HIGH WILLIS!

This discussion is moot because there are no infection issues, but I would expect a bottle of beer, especially a high ABV beer, to maintain its quality after 2 months of it being release. If a beer is that volatile, I would hope a brewery would tell people "Best Enjoyed Fresh" at the very least.

I'm not in here to get into an argument over Side Project bottles. I've loved what I've tried and have no problems with what people are willing to give up for them. Let's carry on following the thread sans debate.
