Will they be open on Sat?!

 

@Beer_Economicus with Cassis being available at both locations, i would say you could roll up at noon at the brewery or 1 at the cellar and be fine with getting a bottle.

 

The brewery is only open on Saturday and Sundays. The Cellar is open Tuesday through Saturday.

So clearly the cellar will be open Saturday. I was confused, because I thought a post above made it sound like it would be brewery only this week due to SL beer week.

Also, they do not list that they are open at the cellar on weekends. Do they hold normal hours Saturday, but closed Sunday normally?

Thanks guys. Feel like a Newb. I swear when I looked at apple maps it said closed Sat/Sunday. I just assumed that they made an exception for releases.

 

FYI, sales of CdF will be over the bar at both locations. Normally the brewery opens the back garage door for releases but due to Perennial’s Midwest Belgian Beer Fest going on at the same time, SP will be short staffed. The line moves much slower over the bar. You’ll be fine showing up right at open, but could be in line a while. Hopefully MWBBF keeps the line shorter.

Work has kind of caught up (again), and May prevent me from venturing over tomorrow. That said, on the off chance that I am able to make it - will the line that has formed at open he ONLY for sales, or will that be the same line if all you want is to get in and sit at a table?

 

same line. it tends to move somewhat slow when it’s over-the-bar because people are ordering to-go and draft/on-site. that said, last saturday by 1:30 or so there was literally no line. saw one guy come in and get his AdF and he was in & out in like 3 minutes.

 

Quick question: I’m in town for a wedding this weekend, was considering stopping by the cellar at around opening to try some beer tomorrow. Will it be too crazy to stop by just to drink on-site, with the release also being tomorrow? No idea how big those usually are, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

 

i would think it would be a perfect opportunity to stop by for some beers. with Midwest Belgian Beer Fest happening today, i think the general consensus is that today’s release will be much more chill than it normally would be.

 

What was the limit on Cassis?
