Nope, I stopped in today to get a pour of Leaner and they still have what looks to be about 4.5 cases left.

 

I asked Shae yesterday and she said the vintage to go releases will be random but probably about one a week or so.

2 f*cking hours for zwanze tickets at the cellar tonight?!? last night’s online sales didn’t even last 2 minutes.

 

I thought thought that was pretty crazy too. The one year I cant even try to go due to other commitments and the beer gods keep teasing me with ticket availability.

Good luck with the last online sale. The one year I got a chance to go, 2017, was dumb luck. I wandered into the cellar one day after work and whoever served me that day asked if I was interested in buying a ticket. I was the last slot for the list. Tried to get my wife a ticket later and never had any luck with it.

Just popped my Coconut Vibes b2 last night, thought it was overly sweet and super sticky thick. Is there supposed to be coffee in all Vibes or no? Didn't seem like it and it could really use some to balance it.

I can see why they like to make these releases few and far between. Keeps the hype high and people wanting them or unable to get them, and also keeps people from getting too tired of it. I couldn't drink all of my 6 or so ounce pour of it. I can't imagine having multiple bottles and trying to drink them all before the flavors fall off.

Good for trading though, and I'm sure that's the main impetus behind the local demand.

 

Vibes is one of the base stout recipes; they debuted Shared with it on draft with the description "Decadent Russian Imperial Stout".

 

no. vibes is RIS so any and all adjuncts should be identified in the name (Coffee Shop Vibes, Coconut Vibes, [id like to say “etc” here but unfortunately we haven’t been given many other Vibes (yet)]
