2 was the most disappointing beer I had in 2020. Not that it was bad, but compared to b1 it was kinda garbage. It didn’t even seem like it was trying to be the same beer.

 

Regardless of preference to batch, I thought OLR 1 and 2 tasted like very different beers. Anyone else think so?

 

it’s been too long between the 2 that i can hardly recall differences.

while we’re on “beers of 2020” Anabasis b4 continues to be one of, if not my absolute, favorite beer of the year.

 

Would have to say favorite is probably Couer b1

Loved this batch of Anabasis, maybe even more so than DB Anabasis. Haven't cracked my CDC 1 yet, but now excited for that.

I would have to say best of SP 2020 for me was For Gabe.

As much as I liked content moderator, Oma was my fav can.

 

100%. Maybe the best SP beer I’ve ever had. But I’m a sucker for stout/bw blends

 

CdC b3 is definitely worth a mention in my book. Top 2 or 3 SP Fruit that I've had.

For me, Oma was a close second to Adjudicator. I regret not buying a case when they released it in May.

 

did some research and need to chime in for All Dougs too. what a great beer that was.

 

That WAS an awesome beer! Didn't get as much love as it should have.

 

My last beer of the year*, just opened it*, will be CSV-True Level. Cheers!

Also, agree, Dougs was a sleeper and was killer after a couple weeks in the can.
