Just from watching Facebook and a few people in here, I'd guess I've seen 30-40 say they got in. Maybe 50 at the most. I'm sure there are a fair number I either haven't seen or don't feel the need to announce it to the world. What isn't know is if there was any significant number who weren't invited back. I haven't seen anyone say they got the boot, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I mean I could definitely be wrong about the triple the size of 2019, but it’s at least close.

 

Do they start from scratch each year and send out new invites (assuming existing members are guaranteed an invite)? Mainly curious about renewals, particularly in regards to those who might choose to decline for whatever reason.

 

Basically

 

Past members did need to get a re-invite. Being a past member isn't a 100% guarantee of remaining in but as long as you are active and not being a a-hole you should have gotten back in. I'm personally aware of 1 member you got booted for the sell/razz clause last summer/fall. I can't imagine anyone declining their membership but who knows.

 

I'm just considering the pandemic, palate fatigue, change in lifestyles, finances. I'm sure there's some other variables there.

We need something to do between releases? Just wait for the probabilistic regression model.

 

For fun, post a picture of all the members (jelly beans) in a jar...closest guess to the total gets into LC.

 

We have a 20bbl brewhouse and put out around 1000 barrels of beer a year. I think a lot of people don't realize how small we really are...

I’m pretty sure at some point you or somebody else SP related posted in a certain FB group that it was 600 last year. I think that’s the assumption everybody has been working off of. So unless that was done to mess with everybody.....
