anyone confused / intrigued by the wording in the description on that one? “…and then finished the beer on additional Tanzanian vanilla beans at packaging.”

 

I presume that they added vanilla beans to the last vessel when the barrels were dumped to be carbed/bottled. Not a brewer, but I think that last vessel is the brite tank. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

They tape a vanilla bean to the bottle so you can add yourself at home??

usually it’s either “conditioned” on vanilla beans in the barrel or in a vessel (brite tank) but the “at packaging” really got me thinking and you know how Cory is always tinkering with his processes.

 

If this were the case, I'd be taking the over on Paul's prediction.
