Went back literally a month. How clueless are you.

 

Anyone preview the new Tete de Cuvee?

I am particularly curious about the mouthfeel.

Really curious if new Tete drinks like you are drinking clouds like the earlier batches (b1-2018) or has a more crisp mouthfeel (2019-2020).

 

Drinking clouds is possibly my favorite beer description in a while. I needed that after the Ryan Wingo disappointment this afternoon.

Told myself I wouldn't buy Continuance #4 after having finally tried one version (#3) and some upcoming beer costs (BBT and local membership renewal), but seeing it sit in the shop in stock is darn tempting.

Are people really enjoying Blend #4? Untappd looks promising.

EDIT: Lost the self control battle. The bundled bottle was also of intrigue, so figured I may as well send it. Especially since the premier bottle is a 750mL.

 

Drinking clouds is how I would describe sunsets. Would love to see that become a frequent release

 

Do you have to have a Shop Pay account or can you be a guest? I usually just check out as guest or whatever whenever I see that but accidentally made an account earlier this month somehow, and don't really feel the need to have one.

 

Still available hours later, no limit. Have to wonder why LC didn't get first bite, even as a package.

I've tried doing this and haven't figured it out. Even had it removed at one point but it added itself back after buying something. It's unnecessary and a little intrusive.

 

Drinking an achromatic vibes right now. First stout in ~45 days, and was really excited for something desert-y.

This is only my second time having this beer. I had a bottle of B1 ~2 years ago I think (about 1 yr after released), and now this bottle of B2. I remember B1 - even at that 1yr mark - being remarkably strong in terms of vanilla (w/ muted coconut). I seem to recall other people mentioning this as well, and maybe even someone from B2 commenting the same thing. For me, this B2 isn't as strong as expected. I actually wish it was a little stronger, which I didn't expect to say. Still enjoyable, but not what I was expecting. Much more milk-chocolate forward.

We had COVID 4 times in about 9mo, and it caused some real long-term problems for us. That said, I haven't noticed any long-term taste problems with food, but I have noticed that beer isn't exactly as how I remember it. Frequently, beers haven't tasted 'quite right', but close. Not sure if it's just me or...

 

Or it has some unpleasant characteristics when by itself.

 

Good thing the OH will be drowned out with that disgusting banana.

 

And cheesecake. Don’t forget the cheesecake.

 

Anyone have any word on Side Project's bourbon venture? I was reminded after getting an email from Perennial that they are releasing their own collaborative whiskey.
