Took about 2 minutes to get through the blue wheel for me but order processed.

i had a blue wheel on 3 browsers - never changed - my brother tried from his house - rolled right through and procured a package - i just shut them down - no idea what happened on my end, but laptop and iphone were both fails.

 

I got a different error after it looked like I was able to pay for it, but then got an email that my order was confirmed.

 

Shop pay needs heavy maintenance. There’s been issues for months now.

 

There appear to still be over 1700 packages so you shouldn't have any problem getting one or 100.

I got a package but it took 5 minutes of blue wheel spinning

 

Before the sale (7ish min early?) I tried to login, so that I wouldn’t go through the hassle during the purchase, because it seems to cause more issues when there is high traffic. Well, the whole website kept freezing when I would try to login. Took about 20 minutes, resetting (turn on/off) about 6 times, and eventually it worked. Never had that issue before.

Once through, I only had the blue wheel for maybe 30 seconds.

 

Sale postponed. Details to come.

 

Here’s an idea, find a new processing company!

 

They have to dump Shopify at this point.


They dumped craftpeak after one crash during a LC sale

 

Shopify internal email: please be aware we will have a software update beginning Saturday at 7AM so don't log in at that time. The update should complete around 2PM. Oh also might be a good idea to tell our clients but we're IT so we don't wanna.

 

What is the actual brewery price for BBT separated out from the package hypothetically?

There is still something wrong with their website. My phone still won't really load the website at all. Again, it's the only site that this happens to.

On my desktop, it shows in browser that the website is constantly loading. This explain why when I used private on my phone that it told me that the website was blocking me, because it was getting an unusually large level of requests from my location.

This may be obvious to others, but not to me. Unless their entire website is integrated through shopify, as if on their server, I don't really understand why the shopify issue is causing them problems with their website.

 

I think it is intergrated, every time I go to their website it sends me a Shopify code. Anyway I feel bad for them going through this on probably the biggest release of the year

 

Interesting. That never happens to me unless I try to go to the account area/login. Never on any other part of their website (blog, location, hours, beers, etc.).

Yea. It sucks, no doubt.
