The stagnant inventory on the public shop (and on tap at the locations), distributing more cans and bottles to TWCP, increasing can discounts, and even the Continuance package lingering for weeks makes me wonder if they've gone past peak on some kind of production / price curve.

The A+ beers are still going to sell like crazy, but you have to wonder why they'd do yet another IPA when they could print money with more Content Moderator canning runs.

 

Ordered the BBT package. Long journey to Maplewood but excited to try BBT for the first time.

Do these packages usually sell out faster? First time buying from SP.

 

Not as of ~2 years ago.

 

2 years ago it still did. That was the pick your weekend version. Last year was first to go slow.

 

Triple-Barrel Anabasis onsite at all locations today.

Based on Untappd the Triple Barrel Anabasis appears to be in 12oz bottles. Description is

"Triple bourbon barrel aged Barleywine aged in a Blanton Bourbon & a Willett 5yr Bourbon barrel for 25 months, the racked to Blanton barrels for an additional 11 months then finished in Willett 6yr Rye barrels"

 

So another bottle LC will not get? Pretty cool.

 

With the size of LC and the amount of losses likely incurred during a triple barreling, that’s not surprising to me.

 

Im aware. It’s just me being my passive aggressive self with Side Project and this membership.

 

There are many of us that would love to relieve you of your suffering. Thoughts and prayers.

 

Complaining about the best membership in beer is certainly a move.
