Hey all. I've had a bottle of Sierra and Boulevard's collaboration Terra Incognita since September 2014, so only a few months old. Was curious if anyone had tried to age this beer and noticed a big difference or if it's better early on

Should mention I only have one bottle. Wish I could drink one now and then drink one later.

I don't think there would be a big difference between drinking now or a year from now.

But - I don't have any direct experience w this one....

I believe this years batch did not contain brett.

Correct. Terra Incognita was not inoculated with brettanomyces this year.

Curious if you've opened this yet? I drank it back in January and have two more bottles. Really liked it but couldn't help holding a couple to see if the booze mellowed.

Yeah. I have a bottle as well. I'm gonna sit on it for a while.

The batch I had was weak. :slight_frown: Bottle looks awesome though, almost got me!

I drank mine last night, it was from 2013 and was underwhelming overall. It still had tons of carbonation but I did not get much from the flavor except a bad finish.
