Without a doubt our favorite brewery. With my wife's favorite being pale ale and Torpedo being available year round, we have our "house beers". Now as we finish our last Southern Hemisphere, the Northern should arrive in the next few weeks, followed shortly by Celebration. Cheers and thansk Sierra Nevada.

Great thread idea for one of the best breweries ever.

Just picked up Beer Camp and half way through the first bottle, imperial red. Holy smokes this is out of this world!!!!!!!!! I love the hops and the mellow malt backbone. I will update throughout the day until I've tried all 4.

I'm digging this imperial Pilsner. It's like an Urquell that skipped steriods in favor of TRT.

I'll tell you what I would appreciate. I would appreciate it if SN would get it together with the new distributor around here in time or me to get a Beer Camp mixer. The long-time family-owned distributor evidently sold out to a big regional, and the big regional has let SN go by the wayside. It's a major bummer.

I'll be the first to bring up the dogfish head collab. they did, from life and limb. As well as the always delicious anniversary Grand cru blend! GO SIERRA! keep up the good work!

SN really did themselves a favor with the BC oatmeal stout. Not a hint of booze at 9% and a delicious and drinkable liquid. 3 for 3. Can't wait until the Floral IPA meets glass.

Came here to say this! That Floral IPA and Oatmeal Stout were AWESOME.

I thought the Imperial Red was really delicious. May be my favorite so far but the Oatmeal stout is tits.

The only knock you'll ever hear, is that SN isn't "rare." Screw that. This is the example for Craft Beer to follow, and has! Great lineup, Torpedo is near the top for me for IPAs, and the seasonals are excellent too.

Wow the floral IPA is crazy good. Anyone find it similiar to Flower Power?

Big fan of most of SN beers, especially Celebration, love that beer! Torpedo is severly under-appreciated also, nice "blue-collar" IPA at a great price. Just bought Beer Camp 2012 - thought the oatmeal stout was outstanding, Floral IPA not bad either. SN is like Lagunitas - solid beers at great prices!

Never. Why isn't this deliciousness a year-round brew? Isn't every day a celebration?

Now I wanna go to the gas station and pick up some SNPA lol. (Though I'm worried about the freshness and how long it holds up...)

I'd put Hoptimum in the category that it knocks my socks off.

SNPA is like a baseline reference beer for me. When in doubt on what to purchase, I know I can't go wrong with it. I also love their Torpedo.

First love. I started drinking Sierra Neveda over 20 years ago. My wife (girlfriend at the time) and I would rotate between the Pale Ale, Porter, and Stout. Can't wait every winter to try the Celebration Ale. I'm in the middle of drinking a six pack of Tumbler. It made me fall in love again. If I'm lucky, my second son may end up at Chico State. I will just have to make a few stops at the brewery...
