Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Box Set

    They made a formal announcement via their Facebook page, webpage, and also it's on beerstreetjournal. Is anyone pumped for this? Also, does anyone think this will make it's way to the SN footprint outside of CA or stay primarily in state?

    I was able to buy last year's edition in Ohio so I would expect this to make it outside of CA as well.

    Nice to see some different flavors from SN and i suspect they will be pretty solid brews.

    I am not as excited as I was for last years release. That said, I still will buy 2-3 cases of this if I can as I believe in the project that gets these beers made.

    Last years pack made it to Australia, so hopefully there's widespread distribution this year as well

    My local bottle shop here in Evansville, Indiana has told me that the release is anticipated to be larger and more widespread than last year's release. That would be good news for us here in sw Indiana since it didn't reach here last year.

    id love to see the next one be 2 of 6 different beers instead. but im definetly glad to see this again this year for sure!

    I know this a bit older thread but did anyone get this? I am on the red ale (going lightest to darkest) and I'm not that impressed. Still have the stout but the other 3 have just been meh. They aren't bad by any means but I chose this over a case of head hunter today. Kinda regretting that.

    Always next time.

    Literally just finished off the Oatmeal Stout. I thought it was quite good.

    Tried three out of four tonight, IPA remains and all three have been good, but not great. Stout is by far the top preformer and close to a threshold of great. It becomes so easy to have high hopes and even if not living up to hopes, all of these are worth a try, well the three that I've tried, can't speak yet for IPA.

    Yea I finished that one and I thought was pretty awesome. I'd go for a case of that rather the lager. IPA was ok. Red wasn't bad either. Lager was weak and stout was good.

    Its in my neck of the woods in Southern Maryland and I've seen it at Rip's in Bowie. I would imagine that you can find it at most of the larger stores in the DC/NOVA area too.

    I picked up a case at Norm's in Vienna Thursday afternoon. They looked to have 20-25 cases on the floor.

    I just picked up a 12 pack at the Wegmans in Sterling, VA (Dulles) and the rest of the NOVA/MD Wegmans should have this. A dozen were floor stacked in the seasonal beer section on the grocery side near all the Oktoberfest/pumpkin beers. For those who visit the Wegmans Dulles store it's at the end of aisle 8B.
