    On Friday June 14th at 6:30pm, we'll be holding our second PDX Beer Week event, a six course dinner with Sierra Nevada.

    The evening will start with some time to mingle over Sierra Nevada's flagship Pale, Summerfest, and the new Ovila Saison w/Mandarin Oranges and Black Pepper.

    The six course dinner will feature the four 30th Anniversary beers, all properly cellared since their release in 2010, the brand new Barrel-Aged Maple Stout, and Fungoo, a brown ale brewed with shiitake mushrooms and California wild rice.

    fried snap peas, green garlic aïoli
    charlie, fred, and ken’s bock

    steak tartare
    crispy shallot, morels, parsley, pickled calabrian peppers, green garlic, pimentón

    I forgot to mention that we will also have Barrel-Aged Bigfoot pouring at the bar.
