Sierra Nevada Bigfoot aging?

    Generally, yes, barleywines develop and hold up pretty well. Not all will be better with age depending on your palate. Damnation is a bit of a different beer but it will hold up for a couple years I'm sure. Not sure if there's a benefit to aging it though.

    I saved 6 from '13 and just did a test of a '13 and a '14 and now I am going to make sure I have 12 '14. In only 1 year, it was a completely different beer and AWESOME. Go for it. I look forward to many years to come.

    Just grabbed two four packs to put away and enjoy over the next few years. Thinking of waxing a few to do my own judgement on looking cool and being effective or just looking cool. Either way I will have fancy a few looking brews haha.
