Thank the gods! :-) Great video. I still have some Bigfoot from last year and somehow some stores in town still have it stocked for like $8.99-$9.99 a 4 pack.

Was able to get a keg of 2013 recently. Can't wait to tap this soon and hopefully do a side by side with this year's.

Boy was I stoked to stumble across some 2014 Bigfoot while out shopping yesterday! Do I like SN? Hmm, well my fridge currently has 2013 and 2014 Bigfoot, Celebration, Narwhal, Ruthless Rye, and a 2013 BA Bigfoot in it... So, ummm yes!

Total Wine here in Fort Myers is clearing out the 2013 batch at $3.99 a 4-pack. Score!

Seems like there would be a chance of infection with those giant open tanks? I'm guessing the krausen keeps any bugs out? Whatever, I'm sure SN has there shit on lock...super clean room.

Clean room supplied with filtered air. It is done often, and some yeast strains seem to benefit from open fermentations, German wheat beers come to mind. A big pitch of the brewers yeast will quickly protect the beer.

I have seen open fermenters at SN, Anchor, New Glarus, Bells (the old Strohs fermenters), Young's, and many small breweries/brewpubs.
