Sierra Nevada cans in Texas ?

Hello. Last I heard, they are just in California for now.

 

16oz cans of Torpedo..... mmmmmmm!!!!

hope they make it soon..

 

We got them in OK last week. Suck it Texas!

 

Should be showing up in Houston this week

 

word is that dallas should be getting some here in the next few weeks!!

Hmm. Not stirring anything up but if Sierra Nevada is canning then I might finally be "sold" on the idea, would love to try a classic Pale Ale in a can. Can't wait to see how it compares to the bottle. Interesting that I read they are still doing the fermentation in the can as well. Honestly I know everyone thinks I'm nuts but all the beers I've tried in the can someone weren't as good as I recalled them in the bottle. Hmm, wonder when Mr. Koch will finally "perfect" his can and join the club.

PS - Edit sorry I realized this is a regional post but FWIW I haven't seen it in Chicago yet either at my local stores.

 

Had it in Ft Mill SC last week. Hoping it is in San Antonio soon.

 

I picked up a 12 pack of pale ale cans at hulen CM Saturday.

The Friendly Spot has Torpedo cans. Retailers should have both canned beers by the end of the week.

 

Anyone seen Hoptimum in Texas yet?

 

Its been at DQ for two days now.

 

I saw the Pale 12 pack cans at the Brodie Ln Spec's in Austin this week. I didn't see any Torpedo cans out though.

 

Same deal at Specs Arbor Walk - I was there today.

Seen Pale at all the usual stops here in NE Tarrant. No Torpedo though.

 

Gabriel's was supposed to get cans a week ago, but our Silver Eagle driver has heen very unreliable lately. Hopefully they'll be in today, along with 10 cases of Hoptimum. I'll confirm this afternoon.

 

Torpedo and Pale Ale cans have arrived. We also have 10 cases of Hoptimum, but it's not ready to sell yet.

 

Specs downtown Houston has 3 cases left....and some 4 packs of Torpedo
