    Ughhhh can't wait to find this in stores! I saw the past couple of posts the SN made and it got me so excited for celebration season. I'll have to put in my yearly keg order too! Bring on the celebration!

    @TongoRad, same plan as last year? I know I'm going to (well, by default, because I like the beer) buy multiple batches and note the differences.

    It has been my consistent experience that Celebration ages very gracefully. My guess on why this beer i more resilient than other IPAs is:
    • It does not heavily rely on dry hopping to provide its flavor profile
    • It is more balanced (balance of hop aroma/flavor and malt flavor) to begin with
    • Sierra Nevada has excellent bottling lines so the Total Packaged Oxygen (TPO) levels are low
    I am uncertain whether Celebration is bottle conditioned (i.e., the beer has live yeast in the bottle). Maybe @sierranevadabill can address this matter.

    Count me as one of the folks anxiously waiting for this to arrive at their local store. Very excited to enjoy many of these. I think I bought four 12 packs of the Oktoberfest this fall. Let's see if I match that with this year's batch of Celebration.

    We had discussed this in the upcoming Beer Camp thread and the above was Bill's response. For context, I thought all SN bottles were bottle-conditioned, others thought none were, others thought just Torpedo.
