Is it possibly a humidor? It looks like there may be a Plexiglas slide-in lid, but hard to tell for sure. I don't think humidors are typically made from pine wood, but that's just a guess. Take a whiff to see if there's any old cigar aroma
There isn't a tobacco smell. If it is a humidor, it was never used as one. There is a plexiglass slide-in lid.
On a closer look, I think that is cedar wood, which I think is usually what humidors are made of. I vote that it's a humidor.
It was two pieces of glassware and bottle of beer gift pack... I don't remember the beer that was in it.
