FYI- The Pinehurst Wine Shoppe, right on the northern border of Baltimore City/County has really stepped up it's game in the beer scene the past few months. It's a little neighborhood spot with great prices and quality service. Anyway, they offer growler fills and this weekend a Sierra Nevada rep is in and doing a tap take-over. Anyway, it starts at 2pm tomorrow, Nov 10th. Looks like they will have Narwhal Imperial Stout, Celebration Ale, Beer Camp (believe the imperial pilsner), Harvest Ale, Tumbler, plus the usual suspects -- all being sold in Growlers at their usual great pricing. I agree about fresh Celebration! Do you know if we can bring our own growlers or will they fill on their own?
Yes it has to be their logo growler. That said they'll give you your deposit back if you return it. And you may want to call over before you go to make sure they have their growlers available (they also have two sizes). I believe they recently got in a shitload of 'em, but never hurts to check I actually can't make it over there today...and while I highly recommend BAs go check the place out, I'm also really hoping there's some narwhal and celebration left on Monday!
