Thank you for the kind words...and your wish is granted. Nooner IS year-round.

    Cheers!

I had this (from the bottle) last night. Good pilsner, just not something i would drink regularly.

Had the Nooner and Prima Pils side by side last nite. I like the Nooner a little better and where I am Nooner is 1.00 cheaper per sixer.

I was confused by the name like a lot of people. The Nooner IPA wasn't bad, but was one of the weaker session IPAs I've had. If it's gone I won't miss it. I was surprised SN came out with a Pilsner when they already have Summerfest.

To be fair the Nooner Pilsner is a German Pilsner not a Bohemian Pils like Summerfest. The beer didn't blow me away, but it was a beer the more I drank it the more I liked it. During the Patriots game the other night the gf and I crushed pitcher after pitcher. A solid addition.

i had some the other day and it was very nice, very well balanced, light yet quite favorable. will definitely buy more when it gets a bit warmer outside.

The fact that this is in cans and year round at a great price it will probably become a staple in my fridge. Great flavor and super drinkable. Sierra has always been solid but I really feel they have stepped up their game a ton lately. I love that I'm coming back to one of the breweries that first got me into good beer I. The first place.

*SOOO* looking forward to doing just that.

I'm loving Nooner. To me it's like a mix of the hyper-American-hopped Prima Pils/The Crisp with a traditional German brew.

I'll be mixing in Nooner often. I love pilseners and Nooner is going to fit in well in my constant cycle of favorites.

Crushed a sixer of Nooner a few weeks ago - it was very easy to do. It will definitely be a fridge staple all year round. Like so much SN does, the price:quality ratio is truly amazing.

PS - I also can't wait to do a Nooner vs. Summerfest side-by-side. I love me some Summerfest.

I'm all for any beer that encourages me to start drinking earlier in the day.

I had it last week; it was a bit of a letdown. Huge display at the local Total Wine and More. Definitely getting a serious push with the new Beer Camp Hoppy Lager. The Nooner has a ad aftertaste that you get somewhat used to by bottle's end. It was not terrible, but I would not seek it out again.

Have you tried the Golden IPA in the new 4-way IPA pack? That recipe is very similar to the retired Anniversary Ale. Give it a look if you haven't yet tried it.

A wee bit more orange citrus in the Anniversary Ale than the Golden IPA if memory serves correctly yeah?

God forbid they have a year-round pilsner and one seasonal.

Are you surprised they came out with Hop Hunter and the new Rye IPA when they already have Torpedo, Celebration, the Hemisphere series, the four-way IPA mix pack, Hoptimum, the new IPA in their winter pack...

Am trying it right now. Great beer. The only drawback is the lack of carbonation relative to other pilsners.

And god forbid if one is a German Pilsner and the other is a Czech Pilsner.

I had a Nooner earlier today and thought that it was outstanding!! One of the best American versions of a German Pilsner out there! I'm very happy to learn that it'll be a year round beer! Sierra Nevada knocked it out of the park with this beer! Actually, they knocked it out of the park with that whole Autumn twelve-pack as the Oktoberfest & Vienna Lager were as equally awesome!
