Sierra Nevada shipping beer?

    Sorry for the semi-vacation delay...

    Well, not all states allow shipping of beer across state lines. The current "legal" list shows 12 states where we can ship beer. These were the easy ones that gave us same day approval to ship. We are still waiting on a few more states for approval. We currently thinking that AK and Hi will not be options due to shipping cost.

    That said, most of the breweries (Brewers Association) are wondering how companies like Tavour are getting around the legal guidelines.

    Thought is, this pandemic might open up some of those restrictions on malt beverages shipping across state lines.

    One thing is clear, the wine lobbyest did a way better job back in the day than the beer lobbyist.
