Sierra Nevada Summer 2016 pack Hoppy Lager RETURNS

Otra Vez should be a shoe-in for a summer-themed variety pack.

 

Okay... Summer Pack is looking promising this year... let's hear more.

 

I'd be so game for a summer mixer along those lines.

 

I've never tried Hoppy Lager, so it'd be a welcome addition to the pack. Interested to hear the full line-up.

 

That's awesome I really like that one. I wonder which one will not be in it, the pack has four beers.

 

I hope they keep the Kolsch and you can bet SNPA will be a part of the pack. That leaves one slot...? Otra-Vez makes sense, but they are releasing that as a new year-round, right? IIRC, @sierranevadabill mentioned that Kellerweis sales have been lagging and that it may be relegated to future variety packs, so it might be a fit. Just speculation...

 

Just wants Hoppy Lager, keep the rest.

 

Right now, this year's Summer Pack is slated to be: Otra Vez, Nooner, Hoppy Lager redux, and a new session IPA called 11.5 Plato.
This can always change, but this is the plan for right now.
I think this is a strong pack, all super crushable beers, and perfect for the sultry summer sun here in N.C.

When will summer pack start distro? Will Hoppy Lager just come in the summer pack?

 

They have a release date calendar on their website and hoppy lager is not listed as a solo release. http://www.sierranevada.com/release-dates

My favorite lager. I wish they'd just release it in six packs again.

 

If this is the Beer Camp hoppy lager, it was excellent.

 

This sounds awesome, I was about to say I don't really care if Summerfest is in the pack since it's always out in 6/12 packs anyway. No Kellerweiss though? It will still be around I hope?

And as much as I love SNPA, I'm always glad to see a mix-pack that doesn't include a flagship and I wish more breweries would follow suit.

 

Hoppy Lager was (is) great. This is fantastic news.

 

So is the Kolsch gone completely?

 

I am looking forward to this for sure! Love all those beers! Except the session on that I haven't tried.

 

I will also 'vote' for Kolsch to be part of this variety pack.

Bill (@sierranevadabill), both Otra Vez and Nooner are always available to us since they are year-round beers. How about providing some "variety" in this variety pack and give us some Kolsch?
