Okay. So I should have also pointed out that people forget what the "tap" handle looks like.

Can't say I've ever seen a waxed tap before!

Not waxed, but I've seen them with a piece of plastic stuck up into it to keep bugs out.

Really? It is on draft out here in these cornfield towns.

Sorry, I should have specified that I haven't seen it in bottles anywhere yet... My current schedule does not allow me to go out enough to check anything out on tap, but I can certainly hit up a bottle shop on the way home...

If by everything you mean "minus Ruthless Rye and Flipside", I would agree.

I actually like both of those, Ruthless Rye more so than Flipside. I'm not a fan of Tumbler though. Let the hate begin...

I'm picking up a 12 of Tumbler tonight as my last goodbye.

Yeah, it sucks they are going to stop making it. I know many people who love it, but I also see it sit on shelves forever so it makes sense. Enjoy sir!

Yep, it definitely doesn't sell in my store. I get why they moved it out. I don't dig its replacement, but it seems many others do

Wet and fresh hop ales age much more favorably in my experience, for what it's worth. Still much less bitter, and still more-than-noticeable hop flavor.
Never had an "aged" estate ale, but a 2011 Northern Hemisphere was delicious in March of this year. Leftover "shelf-turd" Celebrations I find through the year are also always a treat.

Huh? What do you mean by "sleight of hand shit"? Oh, and your avatar is fucking great! I love Cat Power. Finally got to see Chan live in Philly a few months ago when she was touring behind 'Sun'.

Was that frmo this years Beer Camp?
God that stuff was good. One of my favorite beers I've ever had with Belgian yeast.

Yeah I like Southern Hemisphere with a year or so on it. Doesn't have that strong sweet caramel malt taste like most old IPA's have. Taste more herbal like a tea.

Picked up a bottle at Total Wine in Norfolk last Friday. Had it behind the counter. Good luck.
