So I have a signed New Albion Bottle. Signed by Jack McAuliffe.

    (1) should I drink the beer inside since it isn't a beer to age.
    (2) is this worth anything besides the novelty of the signature coupled with me being a beer nerd?

For those who are curious. I went to a Hyvee in Des Moines and was looking for a barrel aged SN, which I concluded never made it into Iowa. After talking to the manager about beer for a while he was like, Jack stopped by earlier. If you buy a 6-pack of New Albion for $8.49 I'll give you one of the bottles he signed for the promotion. For the minimal price I thought it was worth it, plus, I like the simplicity of the beer. It's nothing great, but made well.

If the beer inside isn't worth aging drink it now and save the bottle.

Since you stated the beer is nothing great, I would drink the other 5 and keep this one bottle unopened.

hahaha. the other 5 are already gone. I meant it's not an epic beer, or anything world renowned. It is still good though!
