Similar taste in different styles from the same brewery

    I haven't had that many Lags, but there's something they've all had in common that I can't pin down but that makes me just as glad when whatever six I've tried from them is done with. I keep trying different ones because they're available, pretty cheap and generally rated high, but I'm not sure how many more shots they're getting.

    Alvinne uses the same yeast strains for every beer so they have very similar flavor profiles unless they go through extensive barrel aging. No coincidence that most of their beers do exactly that.
